The problem

Every other converter wants your email, money, or data.

We were tired of "free" tools that ask you to sign up, limit you to 3 pages, watermark your output, or quietly upload your most sensitive financial document to who-knows-where. Preview is free, and if it works, unlocking the full download is a flat $4.99 per file — no subscription, no data harvesting.

convertbank runs 100% inside your browser. We literally cannot see your statement — and that's the point.

Zero uploads
Your PDF is parsed locally with WebAssembly. Check your network tab — nothing leaves.
Sub-second parsing
Most statements convert in under 800ms. No queue, no rate limit.
$4.99 per file
One-time unlock. No subscription, no credits, no row caps once unlocked. Free preview first.
Open formats
CSV, Excel, and JSON out of the box. Drop straight into QuickBooks, Xero, or Sheets.
How it works

Three steps. Thirty seconds.

01

Drop the PDF

Drag any bank statement into the box. We accept multi-page, multi-account, and multi-currency files.

02

We parse it locally

WebAssembly reads the PDF in your browser, detects rows, dates, descriptions, and amounts.

03

Download CSV / Excel / JSON

Hit the format you need. Reset and convert another — no limits, no signup, no upsell.

FAQ

Quick answers.

How does pricing work?+

Free preview — drop your PDF and see the first rows parsed instantly. To download the full CSV, Excel, or JSON for that file, it's a one-time $4.99. No subscription, no signup, no row cap once unlocked.

Do you store my bank statement?+

No. The PDF is parsed inside your browser using WebAssembly. We have no server-side storage, no logging of file contents, and no analytics on your data.

Which banks are supported?+

Any bank that issues text-based PDFs — Chase, HSBC, Revolut, Monzo, Wise, Santander, ANZ, CommBank, RBC, Wells Fargo, N26, Starling, Barclays, Lloyds and many more.

What about scanned/image PDFs?+

Scanned statements need OCR. We're working on a browser-based OCR layer for v2. For now, ask your bank for a text PDF — most offer one in their online portal.

Can I import the CSV into QuickBooks or Xero?+

Yes. Our CSV follows the standard Date / Description / Amount / Balance schema that QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, FreshBooks, and Excel all accept.
