What's the difference between OFX, QFX, and QBO?+

All three are the same underlying Open Financial Exchange XML format. QFX is OFX with a Quicken-specific signature; QBO adds an Intuit/QuickBooks signature. This tool reads all three and outputs a flat CSV with date, payee, memo, amount, FITID, and account number columns.

Will this work with my Quicken or Mint export?+

Yes. Quicken's 'export to QFX' and Mint's transaction-data exports parse cleanly. So do QBO files downloaded directly from Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and most major US/UK banks.

Is my financial data uploaded anywhere?+

No. The conversion runs 100% in your browser. The OFX/QFX/QBO file never touches a server.
